BUFFALO NIAGARA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, NEW YORK

Hey! Canadians that live between Toronto and Buffalo, if you're going to be travelling in the US fly out of Buffalo it's ridiculously cheaper! For example the last time I flew from Buffalo to California it cost me under $190. During that same stretch it was closer to $450 out of Toronto. Parking at BUF was easy and I think roughly $13 per day for the preferred lot, or $11 per day for the...unpreferred lot. Just about any famous place you can think of to stay, you can make it your Buffalo Airport hotel for the night.

I was pleasantly surprised at how new and clean the airport was. Free wi-fi was a welcome touch, and there were a good number of charging outlets. Food options were a bit lacking, especially for breakfast, however. Maybe next time we'll try the wings. In the terminal, they have a few rocking chairs across from the gates which is a nice plus, as is the cell phone waiting lot.
