CMH has a good, easy access location and once you're inside you'll find it spacious and clean. Thre are loads of charging outlets and free wifi. The security lines are short, much faster than other big city airports, and the TSA agents are nice. There is no TSA pre-check, and you can (must) now enjoy a full-body scan and all the carcinogenic delights inherent in that groovy "upgrade". Here's the part that matters most to many: they have very few delays, and I have heard this same praise from others, so its not a fluke. Because the TSA lines are so efficient, you don't need to wake yourself up sooner than necessary in your CMH airport hotel room, just to try to get there early.

There's a massage bar in concourse B, and a Starbucks - everybody's favorite thing. The short term Columbus International Airport parking is quite pricey, but at least there's plenty of it. If you're picking someone up, get ready to circle like a condor;  the guards are very vigilant about stopping, even for a moment. Oh, and by the way, the terminals do not connect to one another, so its a good idea to know your gate and terminal before you go through TSA.
