I would use the term "international" airport extremely loosely! Your only direct flights are to Houston, Dallas or Albuquerque, which, last time I checked, were not international... Probably just means Mexico.

It's a pretty nice looking airport, I do have to say that! It's much more impressive than I was expecting. Bad thing about it is there's no place to get a drink or a real meal before your flight. There's some kind of iffy looking mall food court style stuff and a news stand for a bag of chips. Best thing about MAF? It's the fastest way to somewhere else! That and you can arrive 45 mins before your flight and NOT be rushed because the only other people there are most likely on your flight! It runs a lot smoother and quicker, with better service than most regional airports it's size.

The only complaints are that the place is always an uncomfortable temp, typically too warm, and there is no "in the door" Midland International Airport parking; you know, some places you can park in a parking garage and walk from your car to a door, no roads to cross or anything, like 30 seconds from car to door. Well, this isn't one of those places. But the free wifi and quick baggage pickup make up for that a little. So, go ahead and slow down, you're in West Texas - everybody else does.
