CLT International is very Christmassy. There's a piano in the atrium, rocking chairs, Jamba Juice, Starbucks, Chili's, FREE WIFI, concierge service in the bathrooms (klassy), and southern hospitality galore. Charlotte is a small airport, and so easy to navigate, so will someone tell me why the luggage takes forever to show up? Not just sometimes either - and no announcements or excuses. Oh well, you can get a massage, and that's always a good thing - except if you get a weak or finicky massage therapist- that's just like someone holding ice cream in front of your face and then saying "no. you can't have any ".

There are plenty of dining options, and enough outlets. The Charlotte Douglas International airport hotels are nice, too, and you'd be best off choosing one, because although the CLT Intl. airport parking is pretty good at $4 a day, its a long bus ride away, and doesn't that always mean stress and/or a missed flight? Its good that parking is clearly marked, however, and that the letters are different for each lot, so you actually have a chance of finding your car;  hear that, other airports?
